Dear Students and Parents,
Happy New Year!

We have an online grading system (Blackboard) and attendance system (SkillTime) in place so that students can view their grades and attendance. I am sending this letter out as I do not think many of the students or parents are taking advantage of this opportunity. My office will no longer provide this information as the student is able to log on at any time. Please take the time to set up your password and take advantage of the systems in place. Here’s how to set your password:

The student will need to have their MEID (username), if they do not have it they can get it from their instructor.

Blackboard (set up password):

Under the student tab- click on “Forgot password”- fill out all required information
Once the password is set you can then log onto Blackboard (grade system) and SkillTime (time clock system)

SkillTime:
Students are solely responsible for clocking in/out every day, failure to do so will result in a loss of hours and possible probation for not meeting 90% attendance. Attendance is validated on the 1st of every month and corrections will NOT be made for previous months.

Currently the system will not show TOTAL hours, we are hoping to have this corrected soon, in the meantime they can get their TOTAL hours from their instructors.
